Pros

Passionate people. Great benefits. Really good work-life balance. Management is strong here; I haven't met many of the annoying PMs that don't understand engineering.

Cons

It can be daunting to start since you have to get used to all the tools. There are a lot of tools, especially Google-specific tools.

Advice to Management

Diversify products, but don't forget about focusing on building features in products that draw in the most users.
