It is the online OA, and I applied on Google's website. After about two weeks, I received an email to do the Online Assessment. The OA was quite simple, and the next day I got another email about moving to the next step: a Phone Call Interview.

Good interview, very positive and straight to the point in a good manner. The interviewer made me comfortable the whole time during the process so I could express myself and talk not only about coding but also personal goals.
