Good work-life balance and food.
Mediocre management and frequent re-orgs.
I had five 1-hour interviews, which featured a wide array of question types. They were all quite difficult. I also had a lunch chat with a person who was not an interviewer.
Reached by recruiter and submitted my resume, coding challenge, and phone screen about coding. I then flew to Santa Monica for an entire day on-site interview with members of different Google teams.
Pretty smooth. Be prepared for the programming concepts and ideas. They aren't that difficult. Be confident about what you have learned so far. You don't have to be perfect, but you should give your best for the best outcome. Best of luck!
