It was fine. A minimum word requirement is crazy. The staff were friendly and nice. The interview was challenging but a good moment to work on more of my skills for the future.

It all started with an email. Then there was a preliminary, non-technical call. Next, a phone screen. The engineer called at the appropriate time. After some brief introductions, we opened a shared document and worked on a technical question.
