The interview process was quite difficult and hard to prepare for. However, the interviews found that being genuine was the way to go. Definitely speak confidently and wear something formal.

Recruiter Call: If your resume passes the screening, a recruiter will contact you for a 20-30 minute non-technical chat to discuss your background and interest in the role. It's a good opportunity to ask questions about the process. Phone Screen(s)

Applied online through the website. Heard back about a month later to schedule a phone interview. The interview had to be scheduled for somewhere between one and four weeks later. Recruiters were really nice.
