Good food, social life, good work-life balance.
My team lacked diversity. It was filled with Indians who would micromanage you every second, which was very annoying.
When you say you want diversity, please make it actually diverse and not just anti-white.
I’m Hispanic, and the team I worked with were all Indians who would micromanage you on everything. They obviously aren’t accustomed to the work life here.
