Wonderful community of employees.

Transportation.
Promotion process creates useless features.
Real work is not measured well.
Management has become highly political.
No longer engineer-run.
Communicate and set goals in a clear fashion, instead of canceling everything before it has a chance to be used. Reorgs are destroying employee morale.
