Almost cult-like employee following
nothing much
The interview process involved one phone screen, two phone interviews, and one in-person interview. The phone interviews focused primarily on puzzle-solving and algorithms. The in-person interview consisted of basic computer science questions. Oddly
Surprisingly, my interviews were rather simple. They consisted of standard Java problem-solving questions. There were no red-black trees or any such data structures, no probability, and no trick questions.
Smooth process. Call with recruiter. After that, a technical phone interview and then an onsite, where I had 5 interviews. They moved me to the hiring committee, but I didn't get an offer.
