Work-life balance is good.
Slow decision-making in process.
I was contacted by a recruiter at LinkedIn. We talked the next day on Google Meet, and I scheduled a phone interview for two weeks later. The phone interview was about 45 minutes long and contained a graph problem about topological sort and finding
The process was smooth. I had a call with the recruiter, followed by a screening interview. Then, I had five back-to-back interviews. I proceeded to team matching afterward and accepted the offer.
It's quite difficult, but doing all LC problems for Google will help you pass it for sure. And you need to get a referral from an employee to get an interview in the first place.
