Great place to work
The pay is above average and very comfortable, including a bonus paid in cash and shares. The benefits are great, including food for all meals. Professionally, there is room to grow, and you're surrounded by smart people who inspire you.
It can be tough to turn yourself off from work sometimes. I found myself pushing myself always to achieve a lot, and I had to figure out how to establish boundaries. If you can do this, it is fine, but you need to manage it yourself.
