Phone screen, good stuff. They asked me relevant and appropriate questions. It was the best interview I'd had. Free food, wonderful people, and smart guys.

Had a coding sample which was really easy, and then some average algorithm questions for the phone interview. I didn't really prepare, but would have been able to complete them if I had.
