The working environment is pretty good, and the working hours are quite flexible.

Company cultures and values are pretty good.
My team has weekly calls in turns. Sometimes the alerts can be annoying to some extent, and some problems were quite challenging to fix.
Continue on what you are doing right now. Please provide better food in the cafeteria.
