Good benefits and good people.
Upper level management gets too tough.
I had a phone screen with the company after a recruiter called. The interview started very conversationally, describing a hash map. It was very collaborative. It wasn't a hard question, and I don't really know why I didn't get an offer.
The human resources are pretty good. There are three connectors in the interview process: one schedules the time, one contacts the technical interviewer, and another one is responsible for asking technical questions.
There were 1 non-technical and 3 coding rounds, followed by final review rounds. I cleared up to the 4th round and I guess I missed the last one on maps. The non-technical round was as usual and normal.
