Good benifits, projects take too long to pivot
Smart people, a good work-life balance, and opportunities to do things at scale.
It takes a long time for people to be reassigned and projects to be canceled even when it's obvious they don't have institutional support. I spent a lot of time on projects that I knew had no business value, but I had to wait for some distant VP to decide to reallocate me before I could change what I was working on.
