Great Place To Work
Google has been a great place to work. They have great employee benefits, the environment is relaxed and flexible, and the people I work with are all very competent and helpful. I've also found managers to be very sympathetic and helpful.
Work can move more slowly than at a small company. There are a lot more processes that need to be followed for privacy reasons and for engineering standards. No major complaints.
