Good work-life balance and benefits.
I cannot think of any.
It was long, but not too bad. The rounds were very different, with different recruiters. I would say to go through with it. Google is a great place to work.
Firstly, they conducted a sample coding interview (it was a little above average difficulty for me), and then a big survey process, and then a technical phone interview, after which I did not make it through.
The process consisted of: * A phone screening with an HR representative. * A technical interview over the phone. * Three interviews in person at Google headquarters. Overall, I can't complain about my experience, but I was a little disappoint
