Project is generally impactful.
Team members are very kind and helpful.
Our team under the Ads org is really busy. A lot of analysis work and SQL writing, which is not taken into consideration for promotion. High/unfair promotion standards. Manager lacks guidance.
Make promotion standards more reasonable.
More guidance.
