Two 45-minute phone interviews. The interviewers were very nice and encouraging. They helped throughout the entire process, explaining the questions in detail. It was a very beneficial experience for me.

I had nine rounds of interviews and a scheduled tenth round, for which the interviewer never showed up. Interviewers were frequently distracted (e.g., on their cellphones). Some interviewers were paying attention, though.

It was long, but not too bad. The rounds were very different, with different recruiters. I would say to go through with it. Google is a great place to work.
