Nothing cons. What can be if it's Google?
I was asked a well-known algorithm question with medium-level difficulty. The interviewer was mostly quiet during the interview. I expected some reactions/answers while I was working on the question; however, he decided not to reply.
Called by a recruiter. Remote. Two coding exercises in programming language of choice, with coding in a shared Google Document. The interviewer provided help if required, determining the O-complexity of the code.
The interview was fine. I was asked a little about my experience and then proceeded to coding questions. The coding questions were doable. One of the interviewers had a thick Italian accent and was difficult to understand. Otherwise, everything else
