Asked me to solve a problem by writing a computer program into a shared document over the phone. They offered a series of hints, each of which made me feel dumber than the one before.

The interview process was solid. The questions focused a lot on intricate data structures that would not normally be used in day-to-day processes but are very specific to certain conditions. I would recommend it for the experience.

Recruiter Interview: 30 minutes. Coding Interview: 45 minutes. The coding test was not too difficult, but I made some mistakes. He said it's not important to get the correct answer; they evaluate how I approach the problem.
