Technical Phone Screen: Talked about projects I was working on. Was asked a couple of standard LeetCode-style questions and asked to write code to solve them. The system did not allow code compilation.

Application, shortlist, screening, online tests, interview round 1, interview round 2, interview round 3. Streamlined process, difficulty level high. Interviews were with different sets of people, all efficient and kind.
