Pros

Great and smart people to work with.

Compensation & benefits.

Good training/onboarding.

Sophisticated technical solutions.

Huge potential for personal/skill growth.

Great work-life balance.

Cons

Extreme learning curve in regards to internal tooling. Lots of legacy code and extremely hard-to-deal-with frameworks that make development feel more like crawling. Bad incentive structure / Design doc-based culture. Senior management is completely disconnected from engineering.
