Google likes to hire some girls just to have some girls around
So, so, engineering... it is nothing spectacular. It is just corporate world kind of work.
Honestly, Google doesn't hire the best. They hire who they want to hire. For example, when they see some girls, they thought it'd be nice to have some girls around. One girl I saw here is one of the worst engineers I have ever seen. The bottom 10%. But she knew how to speak cute. She knew how to dress cute. And so she is working at Google. What a shame.
Your hiring is broken, but nobody cares. Everybody just cares about bringing home some money. Have you wasted your life? What are you doing in this world?
