Good Pay, Great Vibe, Lacks Input
The pay is good. It's one of the best companies to work for, for sure. It's a good atmosphere and a good company vibe.
The only gripe I have is that the company as a whole doesn't make sure that you, as an employee, feel like you're a part of the decision-making process.
