Pros

Diversity and lots of talented people in there. Management style is 7:1, and it's very easy to communicate with managers and directors. Peers are wonderful, and I love the 360 peer review system.

Cons

The organization got too big and it became hard to stay in a cozy start-up environment during 2005 when I first joined. Some managers are getting less qualified as they are from top MBA schools. There was too much strategy talk but no implementation, and it was too political sometimes.

Advice to Management

Get rid of those disqualified managers who are just there to play politics and pretend they care, but actually lack technical skills and management skills, possessing only textbook knowledge from school.
