I had an on-site interview at Google. There were four rounds, excluding a casual lunch interview that was not scored. Each round consisted of 45 minutes of coding and 5 minutes of Q&A.

The process was, in general, difficult and mostly focused on algorithms and data structures. The process had several steps. The technical interview had a duration of 2 hours, including a whiteboard quiz.

Very good environment. Lots of coding. Went through phone screening and then in-person interview. Simple process, but yet a good discussion with the whole team of engineers, manager, and vice president.
