bad leaders. Sundar & the leadership team tend to be opaque, and people are not excited about donating to Trump or building dumb stuff for the military, or government, or Cloud customers. It's not the fun place it was in the 2000s with Larry & Sergey leading it.
Fire most managers, VPs, and tech leads, and get rid of cloud and government stuff. It'd be way more peaceful and have a better engineering culture. People just use this place as a career stepping stone now, but there's still cool stuff to look at.
