The interview started with a phone call. I was given a medium-difficulty programming question about finding the longest chain of words where each word differs by only one letter from the previous word in a dictionary. The interviewer was nice, and

I was not selected, but it was a good interview and I learned a lot. The interviewers were nice and critical regarding selection. The other candidates were very competent, and hopefully, I can make it next time.
