Amazing company, terrible policies to be honest.
I can't think of any cons.
The interview process was great. Despite doing badly on one of the two first-round interviews, they let me take a third one to sort out the mixed reviews. They also kept me in the loop about the process and the feedback I was receiving.
Coding questions. They gave me some coding questions and told me to code. So I coded the coding questions they asked me to code to see if I could. After I coded, they said, "Hey, nice code! Why don't you code some more?"
I had an on-site interview at Google. There were four rounds, excluding a casual lunch interview that was not scored. Each round consisted of 45 minutes of coding and 5 minutes of Q&A.
