Easy for geniuses. You have to attend top schools for a position at Google. The salary is high. Party all night, code in the morning. I hate Glassdoor for forcing people to write reviews.

It was a generic FANG interview process: many rounds, LeetCode questions, and then a cultural round. Nothing out of the ordinary. A bit overwhelming, for sure, but it was quite expected. I'm not sure why the interview process is still so outdated.
