Good payment, manageable workload, good benefits.
I would say there is nothing bad.
I had a phone interview, then flew in to their HQ. The recruiters were friendly. The in-person interview was an intense battery of interviews with a range of personalities. Some interviewers were clearly sleep-deprived and not paying much attention,
Two Phone Interviews There are 4 questions in the first interview and only one question in the second interview. Question 1: Count the number of set bits for a 32-bit integer. How to improve the process for the second time use if memory is unlimite
It was a generic FANG interview process: many rounds, LeetCode questions, and then a cultural round. Nothing out of the ordinary. A bit overwhelming, for sure, but it was quite expected. I'm not sure why the interview process is still so outdated.
