It was a process that took a few months, so definitely plan it far in advance. I didn't like the specific team I was matched with on the last step, but other than that, it was great.

It was a long and gruesome process. Only the most steadfast people should apply here. You really can have your life ripped to shreds by their team. I couldn't sleep for a week afterwards.
