Hello all, I have completed my Google on-site interviews and just received a rejection. I am summarizing my complete interview experience here. I applied in early May, and the recruiter first reached out to me in late June to set up my phone screen

My first round of interviews consisted of two back-to-back phone interviews, both lasting 45 minutes each. You essentially type code in a Google Doc shared with the interviewer. Both interviews went straight into technical questions from the start.

One round with HR for a general resume review. One round of coding, which was a phone screen. Four back-to-back rounds, including three coding interviews and one Googliness round.
