Great culture, amazing people, good tech.
Overworked, not remote, stock down.
It was a generic FANG interview process: many rounds, LeetCode questions, and then a cultural round. Nothing out of the ordinary. A bit overwhelming, for sure, but it was quite expected. I'm not sure why the interview process is still so outdated.
I applied online and completed a two-hour phone interview. The interview involved providing solutions for simplified, real-world problems. I feel I could have performed better and was subsequently rejected.
More or less what I'd expect from a typical tech interview. As with most interviews nowadays, it involves way too much hassle, where most things have little to do with day-to-day job reality. But games are games.
