Good benefits and compensation, but not a fit if you want to work on non-AI stuff

- Nice, negotiable manager.
- Clear documents on most stuff.
- Powerful mono repo tools and infrastructures.
Bad product and marketing. Too much focus on AI. Not enough open role diversity at the moment. Some too-ambitious goals which end up with too many people and negotiations, unproductive and busy at the same time.
Be less arrogant, be specific, practical, and have clear goals for your products. Don't over expand until necessary. Focus more on areas other than AI; don't put all your bets into one basket.
