Crippling bureaucracy. Politics. The GRAD system is causing stack ranking of teammates. Even the smallest tasks become hurdles due to process or seemingly unnecessary requirements. No autonomy. You need allies in your team to progress; if you're the only person of "your kind" in your team, good luck. I am the only other American on my team (non-white); my teammates are constantly speaking in non-English languages, and I am left to fend for myself. Basically Amazon now.
