Skills aren't transferable. Management will lay you or your teammates off. They removed the WFH policy. There are terrible company ethics that will haunt you at night until you organize and/or leave. There are terrible leadership decisions and a lack of agency. They will transfer you or your coworkers onto an AI project they'll trash in a few years.
Support the union; it's the only way the company will be saved.
