1. Work with some of the very smartest people in the industry.
2. Perks on perks, endless perks. You won't even be able to find them all on the public internet; prepare to be pampered daily.
3. Some of the coolest tech offices in the world. You can visit any of them at any time if you happen to be stopping by! (Not right now because of COVID, obviously).
4. Quite possibly the best internal tools in FAANG.
5. Stock is a rocketship right now.
6. Get first-hand insight on some really cool and cutting-edge projects. Although unfortunately, you won't always be allowed to talk about them externally.
7. On average, great WLB (30-40 hrs/wk). But as with any company, it's entirely team-dependent, so do your research before joining a team!

1. Pay is not as crazy as it was, say in 2010, but still among the top in the industry.
2. There is still some uncertainty around the WFH policy.
3. Some of the projects are really cool, but might never see the light of day, just how big tech is sometimes.
