Pros

Benefits, free food, and a good cafeteria.

Cons

Compensation is horrible. Work-life balance is now very bad when leadership wants to push for better. Career growth is non-existent. The more you work, the higher responsibility they put on everyone to push for a higher bar. Getting past senior is impossible unless you have no life.
