Overall coding challenge and phone interview, was quick fast, and got rejected. you can tell by the questions asked what they're looking for in their engineers, and gave me good insight on things that i need to work on

It was okay. The interviewer was kind but did not seem interested at all. The questions were not that hard, but the entire interview process was very strung out, and communication amongst the recruiter was not good.

The process started with a screening interview conducted by an external recruiter. The first round of the interview was a technical coding question, conducted over the phone with a Google engineer.
