Standard rounds of interviews with classic questions about computer engineering. So far, so good, but I found it a bit pedantic. A more streamlined approach would be good.

Generally, the process is good. Although mine took almost a year to complete because of budget issues. Contacts were responsive about my questions throughout the process and even gave feedback.

I applied online for the Software Engineer position at Google/YouTube, and the process took about two weeks. First was a HackerRank assessment with two programming questions, followed by a 45-minute phone interview. The HackerRank was pretty simple
