The first interviewer didn't show up. The other two were incredibly rude; they laughed when I asked questions and were generally unkind and unhelpful. It was not a positive experience.

The interview process gave me the opportunity to show my skills to lots of different Googlers. However, it took me over four months to move through the process. I highly recommend applying early if you plan to compare offers.
