There are good perks, including RSUs, bonuses, and travel.
There was bad management.
Promotions were team-specific.
I applied through college or university. It was very hard, with two rounds of DSA followed by technical and behavioral interviews with the hiring manager and an engineer. Each round lasted 1 hour. DP problems and other classic DSA were asked.
The process took 6 weeks. Passed OA with two coding interviews. Had one behavioural and one technical coding round online with two questions. Then was flown to Mountain View to do 2 final rounds of technical interviews, and was able to solve but not
Behavioral went okay, but then coding I think they had a really high standard. Didn't let me think a lot through the question and started prodding early on. It seems like they value fastness over everything.
