Really good work-life balance.
Bad, large, long decision-making process.
Referred to an internal recruiter by an internal referral. Was passed over due to resume shortcomings. Was encouraged to reapply later on after building up more experience in areas they were hiring for. Seems like a resume bingo game.
One phone interview, then five onsite coding interviews. Study up ACM questions to pass this. The questions are mildly hard; it's all going to be about your presentation. Practice on a whiteboard. Go slow. Ask lots of questions.
I had two phone interviews and then was flown on-site for a full day of interviews, five in total. These were back-to-back with a different engineer in each. I had lunch with another developer in between. I would recommend bringing earplugs in case
