Come in, dig over the CV, and go straight up to the board. Start solving the question in whichever programming language you want. You'll need to explain about computing speed, memory requirements, tradeoffs, etc.

There are two interviews in total, and both interviewers were very nice. The whole interviews focused more on communication than on solving problems, and the questions I received were quite easy.

Phone screen, good stuff. They asked me relevant and appropriate questions. It was the best interview I'd had. Free food, wonderful people, and smart guys.
