Lots of perks, friendly culture.
Not much room for progression; enjoyment highly depends on the project assigned.
No work-life balance.
A recruiter called me, and we had a chat about my industry experience as a software developer. She asked about my projects and my jobs during the time I worked.
I completed a recruiter screen, followed by technical interviews focused on data structures and algorithms (LeetCode-style), and a behavioral interview. I solved two medium-difficulty questions but did not progress after the third technical round.
It was tough, and I only made it through the first round of interviews. They had contacted me in advance, and I was very happy to hear from them. But, unfortunately, it simply did not work out.
