Google's interview process is structured, multi-level, and selective. It includes initial screening, technical or logical tests, behavioral interviews, and final assessments of skills and cultural fit. After all, it's complicated.
1. Phone Screen 2. Team Match (wait for a long time) 3. On-site. All 4-5 rounds are coding interviews. You should handle 90% of LeetCode questions to beat them all.
The process was relatively straightforward. I've had a couple of rounds of interviews so far and have a couple more scheduled. Recruiters and other engineers I've spoken to have been very friendly.
