I received an email from a recruiter, and we arranged two phone screens afterward. A week later, the first phone screen was conducted by the recruiter himself. Then, about four weeks later, I received another email for the next technical interview.

Got an interview call through my LinkedIn profile from a university recruiter. Interview process took 3 weeks. Technical interview went on for about 45 min. Interviewer was really nice and let me be myself.

Applied online. I received multiple emails from the recruiter. I filled out the questionnaire and set up my two back-to-back technical phone screen interviews. We established a Google Doc for each of my interviews, and the process was very smooth.
