Very flexible working hours.
Very respectful atmosphere at work, both with coworkers and management.
Codebase and in-house tools for developers – best I've seen in the industry. I haven't been so productive anywhere else.
Week-long, 24/7 on-call shifts every couple of weeks are required for most engineers.
Broken promotion rules incentivize creating new products over improving existing ones.
Overall feeling that the best days of this company are over, and some aspects of the unique workplace culture are deteriorating. Even at the current stage, it is way above average, though.
