A fun place to work, but with fewer growth opportunities
Google has the best benefits in the industry. They have micro-kitchens on every floor, nap rooms, a free gym, free cafes, and free meals, etc. Amazing benefits.
Google's teams tend to be large, which can make it hard to distinguish yourself on big projects. Google has a reputation for being a cushy place to work. There are many people who have been here for many years. I wouldn't advise people to work here if they want fast career growth.
